Please (in detail) describe the incident: Before the 8pm Restart i had arrested Gall Bob and he was placed in cuffs before receiving treatment at pillbox. When he got better i searched him and we waited for another officer to pick us up. However it was 5 mins until restart therefore i was told to wait. After restart i waited awhile for him to return and when he returned he was out of cuffs and ran off out of pillbox other officers managed to help detain him. I dont have any footage of him running out of pillbox put im sure there is CCTV in pillbox maybe i can get that somehow not sure how that works. Other officers did witness it however so maybe they can send there footage if they are willing they were all firearms officers dunno there names. I have footage that he was in cuffs before the storm however so maybe it helps a little. I tried to ask him to discord to talk about the issues as he also managed to take his seatbelt off while in cuffs as he did /me takes seatbelt off. I understand the evidence i have is not all there so i understand this report might be declined but as my OBS was not recording after restart i have no footage of him exploiting from pillbox.

Good afternoon @LilPanda, thank you for your time making this report!

Unfortunately as you had stated yourself, a big part of the footage which is required you do not have.
I cannot action this report based on the fact that he ran away from you in pillbox after the restart if there's no actual evidence of him doing so.

Due to the above, I will be declining this report due to lack of evidence. If you do happen to stumble upon the footage from one of the firearms officers by chance then please do feel free to open another report and we will have a look into it for you
